DigiPixel disclaims all liability for service disruptions, security breaches, or data loss caused by external service providers used to store or deliver files (including, but not limited to, Dropbox or similar platforms).
You agree not to use DigiPixel platforms for any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior. We reserve the right to remove or block access to users who violate our community standards or abuse our tools.
If you sign up for a recurring subscription (such as DigiBot, Play Interactive Video, or platform-based access), you agree to the pricing and billing frequency stated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically and may be canceled in accordance with our Subscription Terms. All recurring payments are non-refundable once billed. Payments may be processed through third-party platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, or others. DigiPixel is not responsible for outages, delays, account holds, or security breaches involving these providers. Clients agree to comply with the terms and conditions of their selected payment platform.
We may recommend third-party products or services that complement your experience. Some of these may include affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you choose to sign up or make a purchase through those links. These recommendations are provided for convenience; DigiPixel is not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party providers.
